Mango Cheesecake


I've added another new cake to my list, upon request by one of my regulars.

This is a chilled mango cheesecake, sponge cake at the bottom, cream cheese, top with mango cubes & jelly layer.

lorrine, i expected the middle layer of ur strawbery jelly cake to be cheesecake mousse. i think tt would be very nice
