Finally, a boyish cake for 7 year old Alvin. His mum has requested one with Ultraman face on it. This is a chocolate cake, still filled with chocolate fudge but frosted with whipped dairy cream, with a tinge of orange juice & rind, a favourite with Alvin's family !
