It's My Birthday Today !


It's my birthday today.
No, I'm not 40 yet I turn 34 today !!!
I didn't want to bake myself a cake today, so will have to make do with an image from the web.

I'm not going to sit back & do nothing today. There's a whole pile of clothes accumulated from last Saturday waiting to be ironed.........

    hey, ur green tea cake is the best green tea cake i've tasted so far! i don't know how u make it so moist. can tell tt u use the best ingredients n i love the natural color, not chlorophyll green like most green tea cakes are. all my friends loved it, and asked for ur number.

    Terri : thank you very much ! I've experimented countless times before I get the right proportion for my moist sponge cake, only baking powder is added. Ya, about the colour I do have customers who asked me why my green tea cake not so green, had hard time explaining, am glad u know.....
