The pandan layer cake consists of three layer of pandan sponge with 2 layers of pandan filling (contains coconut milk) & coated with the filling as well. The side is covered with dessicated coconut. No colouring or any flavour used, all natural pandan juice, it took quite a lot of pandan leaves to get a very nice green & aromatic juice...........
Cotton cheesecake is a great choice for cream cheese lovers who are watching their waistline, heehee, the name tells it all, cottony & light..............
